Pre-Campaign Feasibility Study Report, February 23, 2006

This report summarizes a study conducted by Pennington & Company to determine whether the Oklahoma Alpha Phi House Association would be able to raise $1.7 million to renovate the Phi Chapter house at the University of Oklahoma. The study considered past giving history, alumnae interviews, and similar campaigns, and sought to determine how much the chapter could raise and how they could find their donors most effectively. The study concluded that alumnae are interested in the recolonization of Phi Chapter however there is not sufficient interest in donating to support a capital campaign.
